Datatech has been selling computers for over two decades and we have been building our own line of computers for businesses and individuals for well over a decade. Other components come from well known manufacturers such as Kingston, Teac, Western Digital, Antec, Aopen, Logitech, and Samsung. These components may cost a little more but in the end they are worth every penny. We believe in going the extra mile when it comes to the computers we build. All systems are ready to go on delivery, no lengthy setup process for the operating system and applications. We provide you with all the original CD's should reinstallation of the operating system, drivers or any application be required. All computers leave our office with all security updates for Microsoft Windows and Office. We also make sure anti virus software is up to date. With "big box" and online computer stores this is not the case. Most have system restore image on the hard disk so if the hard disk fails you then have to obtain a restore CD from the manufacturer after the fact. Their computers usually have to finish the Windows and software installation the first time you turn them on which can take up to a half-hour. They very rarely have all security and virus definition updates. At Datatech IT Solutions we feel your computer should save you time, not cost you time.

All of Datatech IT Solutions systems come with a one-year carry-in/ship-in warranty with extended warranties and extended on-site warranties available. Many of the components we use, such as the motherboards, processors, hard drives and RAM, come with 3 year (or more) manufacturer's warranty.

Like our custom built desktops you can now choose what goes into your notebook. There are common building blocks of course with the notebooks, but you can now select the speed of your processor, the speed and amount of RAM, the speed and capacity of the hard drive and the operating system and software you want. No more buying a notebook with a ton of software that you never are going to use. No more buying a prepackaged notebook that you want to add RAM to, or that has too slow of a hard drive. You choose how you want it configured, or let Datatech IT Solutions help you decide. Datatech IT Solutions has chosen to primarily sell the "Verified By Intel" notebooks from Quanta, however we can also sell the VBI notebooks from Compal and Asus. All three brands come in a variety of different base units.

All notebooks are designed with the latest Intel chipset and use the Core Solo or Core Duo notebook processors. These processors are some of the most powerful processors around. VBI notebooks can be configured so their performance rivals that of the most powerful desktop computers. With technologies in notebooks equaling that of today's desktop computers, notebooks can truly become a replacement for a desktop computer. Some of these technologies that are now in notebooks include fast 7200RPM SATA hard drives, dual channel 667MHz RAM, and dual core processors.

Since Intel has invested heavily to help system builders compete with "big box" notebook manufacturers, they stand behind the Verified By Intel notebooks and provide both Intel Resellers and consumers with support. They also facilitate warranty issues with each of the manufacturers should such help be needed.
